Each meal is thoughtfully designed to combine nutritious plant based ingredients to decrease inflammation, joint pain and fatigue while increasing energy, maximizing nutrient content and promoting healthy eating and weight loss. All meals are prepared with plant based ingredients that are anti-inflammatory and free of gluten, added sugars, and dairy to promote feeling better day-to-day without sacrificing eating food that is delicious. Healthy omega 3 fish options occasionally included. Any meal can be modified to meet specific allergies, preferences or other dietary needs.

Sweet potato gnocchi with roasted red pepper marinara. Side: arugula salad with a citrus vinaigrette.

Baby bok choy with marinated crispy tofu. Side: Cauliflower "fried" rice.
Meal #3
New England salmon cakes on a bed of sauteed kale and slivered almonds. Side: Macaroni dill salad.
Meal #4
Chickpea and root vegetable masala style curry with coconut brown basmati. Side: Green beans with sweet peppers.

Hearty "chicken" enchiladas with tomatillo green chili crema. Side: Mexican street corn casserole.
